It is a monthly package of hours: your company pays a law firm a fixed fee and receives ongoing legal advice. SmartFee is SmartLaw's retainer.
What are effective hours?
Every hour of your plan is real legal work. We use technology and private AI agents so administrative work doesn't consume hours you would end up paying for and that carry no legal value.
How much does SmartFee cost?
It depends on the plan (Smart Basic with 4 hours, Smart Pro with 8 hours or Smart Enterprise with 12 hours per month) and on what your company needs. The more hours, the lower the hourly cost. Request your quote and we'll send it with no obligation.
What happens to hours I don't use?
They are not lost: they roll over for up to 12 months so you can use them when you need them.
Can I transfer my hours?
Yes. You can transfer your hours to other companies or third parties, for example to another company in your group.
